Rule Books

Rule books control when a user can check-in and out, the activities they can participate in, and where they can go.
Four important keys to an effective Rule book are:
1. Schedule- contains the dates and times they can participate in an Activity
2. Rules- contains the permits required and schedules grouped together
3. Activity Location Rule book- contains everything needed to participate which includes Schedule, Rules, Areas, and Activities
4. Check-in/out Rule book- (Optional) if you have a default check-in/out a setup that all activities will follow you do not need Check-in/out Rule book. If any activity is to start and stop at a different time from the default schedule, then a Check-in/out Rule book is needed to override the default schedule.
